We are looking for Administrative Officer in Gangapur & Paithan office, of Masum Organisation. The key responsibilities are-

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. • Prior experience in an administrative role is desirable. • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Google Sheets. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. • Good oral and written communication skills in Marathi. • Basic oral and written communication skills in English. • Willingness to commit for a minimum period of two years.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration of the Gangapur & Paithan office and coordinate with head office, field offices & programme staff for administrative and field-related requirements. • Support logistics for field visits, trainings, workshops, and community meetings. • Maintain systematic physical and digital records, files, and documentation for programmes, administration, and compliance. • Provide HR administrative support including staff records, recruitment coordination, and onboarding. • Track administrative and programme-related expenses and assist with statutory and donor compliance documentation. • Handle official communication, visitor coordination, and liaison with local authorities, vendors, and partners. • Manage inventory, assets, and office supplies, ensuring proper use and maintenance. • Support meetings, trainings, and events including scheduling, logistics, and documentation. • Ensure adherence to organisational policies, donor guidelines, and values of equity, transparency, and accountability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in community mobilization and development work. • Prior experience in gender equality and gender-based violence (GBV) programmes preferred. • Basic computer proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or related discipline. • Strong oral and written communication skills in Marathi, along with good interpersonal skills and self-motivation. • Basic oral and written communication skills in English. • Ability to engage effectively with people from diverse social and cultural backgrounds. • Practical experience in community mobilization and rural development initiatives. • Understanding of rural social, political, and economic contexts. • Ability to work independently and demonstrate problem-solving skills. • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating with Public healthcare providers and referral support systems to ensure effective service delivery. • Supporting ASHAs in planning and disseminating information related to VAW awareness and interventions. • Visiting Sub-Centres and Anganwadi Centres to observe, guide, and support ASHAs in programme activities. • Conducting monthly review meetings and weekly follow-ups with ASHAs to strengthen programme implementation. • Documenting programme activities and maintaining case records related to VAW interventions. • Assisting in preparation and implementation of field-level work plans. • Facilitating and regularly monitoring field interventions to ensure programme effectiveness and community outreach.

Qualifications

• A graduate or postgraduate degree in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work (MSW), or a Master’s degree in Gender Studies • A minimum of 2–5 years of demonstrated professional experience in counselling • Prior experience working on gender equality and gender-based violence (GBV) will be an added advantage • Willingness to provide counselling support for a 24/7 helpline, as and when required • Readiness to work in public health facilities and undertake regular field visits across Aurangabad District • Ability to commit to a minimum tenure of two years • Proficiency in basic computer applications and digital documentation • Strong oral and written communication skills in Marathi • Basic written communication skills in English

Key Responsibilities

• Providing counselling and psycho-social support to survivors, including safety planning and suicide prevention • Conducting regular follow-ups and maintaining accurate case documentation • Referring survivors to appropriate legal, medical, and other essential support services • Liaising with relevant institutions and facilitating access to services • Operating and supporting a 24/7 helpline, as required • Collaborating with Public sector healthcare providers and frontline health workers to ensure holistic care • Supporting awareness initiatives on Violence Against Women (VAW) • Documenting programme activities and maintaining case records related to VAW interventions.
